Harold Holcombe high school papers, 1889-1892.

This collection contains the Monthly Reports of Hartford Public High School, with the grades of Harold G. Holcombe written in, and signed by his mother, Emily S. G. Holcombe. The reports cover December 1889 to April 1892. Holcombe was a member of the Class of 1892. A pamphlet of Class-Day songs includes one he wrote. Also included is a program from the Anniversary Exercises of the Senior Class. Two photographs are in the collection as well. The earlier photograph was taken at West Middle School. The later was taken at the Class of 1892's 65th reunion. A list of the living members of the class in 1957 accompanies the photographs.
